In July I taught a 3 Sunday, 8 Form Tai Chi (Yang Style): Meditation in Motion series in Brooklyn, MI. The goals were to improve balance, deepen breath, heighten energy flow, and settle into alpha brain waves by learning gentle movements coupled with Qi Gong and grace-giving warm ups over three Sunday afternoons.
In May I hosted the fourth Irish Hills Writers’ Retreat at my home in Brooklyn, MI.
In April I hosted an on-line 30 day Wellness for Weight-Loss Facebook Quest sharing low impact exercise demonstrations, recipes, herbal tips, goal trackers, meditations, and more over the time.
